When chef Nathan Moore first came to Sweden, after over a decade on London’s high-end culinary scene, he noticed an absence within Swedish hospitality service. The camaraderie, discipline, and loyalty, which are all essential to any highly functioning kitchen, just weren’t there. This led to the creation of Yes Chef.
Starting as a close network of passionate restaurant workers, Yes Chef has grown into a multi-faceted player within the Swedish hospitality scene, offering solutions to establishments on the highest level.
